Creating the Future

The annual get together of the movers and shakers of Scotland's entrepreneurial ecosystem, the third CAN DO Assembly was held on 04 April 2017 at the incredible Tolbooth in Stirling. Our theme was Creating the Future, referring both to the future of CAN DO and the key role of the Creative Industries in our economy.  Sandy Kennedy of Entrepreurial Scotland acted as chair.

As well as panel sessions and a range of workshops, keynote addresses were delivered by the Minister for Business, Innovation and Energy Paul Wheelhouse MSP, Lynne Cadenhead of Women's Enterprise Scotland, Andrew Dobbie of MadeBrave and Ewan Hunter of The Hunter Foundation. The event also saw the world premiere of the winning entry to the Brucie the Spider Animation Challenge.
