Just the Job for Scotland's Tech Startup Community
The days of London leading the tech race is behind us. Scotland is quickly positioning itself as the beating heart of the early stage tech scene with the largest technology cluster being outside of the UK capital.
Scotland’s vibrant tech community is growing at a rapid rate, meaning business leaders need the right people to harness further success.
In 2015 Eden Scott launched the TalentSpark service to connect Scottish tech startups with an international talent network.
The service is already working with some impressive early stage businesses; TVSquared, FreeAgent, Pyreos and Fixed Phage to name just a few.
Megan Vinten, who is a Senior Consultant at Eden Scott, and one of TalentSpark’s ambassadors, has recently partnered with rising media startup TVSquared to source world-class talent for their expanding tech team.
“As a rapidly growing startup, recruiting people with the right mindset for this environment is arguably as important as them having the right technical skills. Eden Scott’s TalentSpark service has done an excellent job in helping us identify the most appropriate candidates, and has aided us in making some excellent recent hires to help drive our business forward.” Lindsay Terrell, Director of Creative Services at TVSquared
Guy Martin, Director of Eden Scott said “TalentSpark is a conduit for Scottish start-up owners to put their employer brand on the map. We hope that we can successfully position the service as the hub of tech startup jobs in Scotland".
